Military version of civilian 223 Remington. Military cartridges with higher energy and special bullets were developed for assault automatic rifle M16 and plenty of other weapons utilizing this calibre. The cartridge is standard NATO calibre.
\ 7.62 x 39 MM
Cartridge 7.62 x 39 has origin in the former USSR and was developed for the world-known assault automatic rifle AK – 47 with modifications, Sa-58 and other assault rifles used in many armies. During the last years were developed plenty of civilian weapons were for this calibre.

The cartridge is known as .50 Browning Machine Gun (.50 BMG) too and was developed for Browning heavy machine gun M2 after WWI. Today is utilized like cartridges for long-range sniper rifles and heavy machine guns. The cartridge is standard NATO calibre.
